ATTENTION
- Warranties apply only to goods produced and marketed by PT. TOPJAYA SARANA UTAMA
- Warranties does not apply or canceled if:
- a. There is no warranty card emboss logo TOSHIBA stamp, signature and stamp vendors/stores.
- b. The warranty card is not send to the PT. TOPJAYA SARANA UTAMA within 7 (seven) days from date of purchase.
- c. The warranty card and purchase receipt is not attached / shown at the time service is done.
- d. Alter the data that is in the warranty card.
- e. Seal or goods to be damaged by the packer transportation, removal or an accident.
- f. Damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, struck by lightning, voltage electricity that unduly high / low, the air containing salt, and others.
- g. Damage caused by user error or the error / install.
- h. Goods have been repaired by others, not by the service center / service shop Authorized PT. TOPJAYA SARANA UTAMA.
- When the goods that will be repaired not meet security requirements in accordance with description above, the owner of the goods will be charged repair and spare parts in accordance with the provisions of the Service PT. TOPJAYA SARANA UTAMA.
- When the owner of the goods and complete all the ATTENTION to guarantee the requirements listed above, then the Service of PT. TOPJAYA SARANA UTAMA will provides services as well as possible.
